Please help - ILR- SET(M) Qualifying period

I am a bit confused... and need some help with understanding how to calculate the qualifying period:

My first spouse visa was granted on 21/01/2013
I have entered the UK on 10/02/2013

after 2.5 years I have applied for my spouse visa on 26/10/2015 within the UK and it is valid until 29/04/2018.

When is the first day of qualifying period?

When is the first day of qualifying period?

I have entered the UK on 10/02/2013
It starts from the date you entered the UK.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
