Dear All,

I got my Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension (50K route) approved in April 2016 along with my two dependents (wife and then 2 years old daughter who was born in UK). Our ILR (3+2 route) is due in March 2018. I want someone to guide with application forms I will have to fill in for me, my wife and our daughter.

My understanding is that all three of us will have to fill in application form Set_O. Please confirm if this is correct.

Correct, assuming your wife meets the 5 year residence requirement. Child DOES NOT need to apply for ILR if you intend on registering the child as British.

I have moved your topic to the ILR sub forum, which is the correct sub forum to ask ILR questions, not the Tier 1 Ent sub forum.

I agree with you regarding our daughter’s case however After having some discussions with senior members previously on this forum I have decided to apply for ILR for our daughter with our ILR applications (just to be on safe side, in case if she to travel out of country straight after getting our ILR).

In above case, application form for our daughter will also be the same as Set_O?
