Hi ,
I am on a Tier-2 ICT long term visa which is expiring in Feb'2018. My company has presence in India and UK both the places. Presently I am the UK employee and on the UK payroll. I am planning to return back to my home country at the end of Feb'2018 when my visa is expiring but wanted to continue as UK employee till end of March'2018 and then from 1st April'2018 I'll become India employee. My queries are:
(1) Is it possible to be a UK employee and receive salary in UK account while working in India , when you do not have valid UK visa ( this would be my case from 1st March till end of March)?
Will there be any auditing issue?
