Hi.

As the title suggests. can i apply for ROA for my child in the philippines, then when we are in the UK, apply for a UK passport?

Someone on another forum suggests that this is not possible.That you can only apply for a passport from the country you were born in?

My wife will be coming over on a Spouse Visa.

Yes you can. Your child does require a Philippines passport in order to apply for ROA.

We were looking to travel to the UK end of April!! Probably too tight to arrange a ROA for the baby and a Spouse Visa?

ROA will likely be quicker than a passport as all passports are processed in the UK.

Spouse visa I don't know, some people have been waiting for many months.
