Your daughter is going become British and so Ho don't need her pictures and even you already provided them when you applied her British citizen and Ho already have her picture's on system

Hi Harcourt, thanks and sorry for the delay. I forgot my password and couldn't login. I sent several mails to board index but was no reply. So I had to create another
The registration took less than three months. Let me know if you need help in preparing documents

Hi Munir, hope you are doing good. So far no reply from the HO. I applied for daughter's pp couple of weeks ago. The HO has sent a letter to the person who counter signed the application, asking to verify some details. Still waiting

Wait and verify the details for pp and hope so you will get good news and it takes 4 weeks to 6months after asylum interview.

Hi munir, thanks again. I posted the pp copy. I called the ho today and they said that no decision has been taken yet. I wanted to know whether they received my letters as I've been posting to As intake unit not the case worker.

Hi, I am in a weird situation - I have applied for asylum seeker ( in UK ) back in the first week of may and screen interview has taken immediately and waiting for the second interview. Begining of this month I have applied for a job in Germany and after interviews, Employer is happy with my skills and they are offering me a position and they offered relocation and preparing documentation which needs to submit a work application German embassy.
Can I apply for work permit visa from the UK or do I need to go back home country & apply for a work permit? But going back home country out of the question.
What should I do in this case? I spoke a couple of solicitors - but their advice is I have to wait until asylum decision.

High court 7 years ruling came effect in April 2016 and Ho was refusing every body in 2015 in the base of 7 years rules. So now your child will get British citizen and Ho will not able to refuse because court ruling Zh Tanzania in supreme court and there is no any law to deport British child with parents. So just calm and chill it's only waiting game left for you. Be positive.

Hi I think they are all gone, how did you riceved you asylum decision. And in my knowledge you don’t have to leave the country you claimed asylum, I think the refusal decision is based for that long term you left.

your case is much complicated and go to the court and fight , never give up. you have a chance but its up to the judge if he can understand your arguments and you did mistake to went Ireland and its affect your case about children private family in the UK and its very difficult to succeed on 7 years rules but go to the court and fight and try to fight on asylum ground as well.
did you get right of Appeal?
