Application of dedendant (son) with age 19

Post by jafersadeq » Sat Jan 20, 2018 7:16 pm

Dear members,

I wonder about the application of dedendant (son) with age 19 (more than 18), and lives with me, I know just the application of the partner and the children (age under 18).

Please advise,
Thanks

If children have leave as your dependants, then they may apply under 319H (Extension) - 319J (Settlement).

Dear vinny,
Many thanks for your reply,
I know those rules, but I heard that any dependant children above age of 18years must submit their individual requests.
What does that mean?
There is one form for T1-Dependants.
Please clarify and for example the family contains (Main PBS +Wife +1 under 18 + 2 above 18), how the applications will be.
Regards,

I'm assuming that you are extending under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur)?

If you are using the paper form, then
Application to extend your stay in the UK as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur wrote:Dependants
Each Dependant must complete a separate Tier 1, 2 or 5 PBS (Dependant) form. The relevant fee for a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) dependant is £1228 (standard postal).

Dear vinny,
Great,
That means I have to prepare (for extension):

1X application for main PBS (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -01-18.pdf)

1X application for PBS partner (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -04-17.pdf)

1X Child under 18 (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -04-17.pdf)

2X child above 18 (https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... -04-17.pdf)

The difference is in evidences required to be submitted with application of Child above 18 according to 319H.

All dependants have same application form.
I mention all of them in my application as dependants (wife, under 18 and above 18).
Same maintenance funds statements.

Please advise
Thanks

Yes, I think so.

See also Appendix C, E for maintenance funds requirements.
