Help Filling in SET M form

Registered so I could ask this wonderful community for a bit of advice.

I am from UK my wife is from Bangladesh, She came over in Sept 2012. We have two children born here UK.
Applied
She didn't pass her Life in the UK test and we extended the visa twice.
We now have Life in the UK test passed along with b1 English.

I am filling the application as I write this and I am stuck on section 2c, regarding children. It reads "Complete if you are applying as a parent of a child who is present and settled in th UK"
It the reads "Complete this section if you are the single parent of a child or children in the UK and you had leave to remain as parent for a continuous period of 60 months"

I am a little confused. I know when I extended visa I put my children's name and sent along passport and birth certificates.
There is a section 3 asking if we have children which looks familiar.

Do I ignore section 2c?

Any help/suggestions I would highly appreciate, this is the only bit am stuck on, after this application is ready to go.
