Spouse visa for Russia wife

Hi,
we are trying to arrange a spouse visa for my wife to come to the UK. I meet the financial requirements etc, but I am a bit confused with what documents need translated in Russia and how the application is made with me sending all supporting documents for sponsoring her to Sheffield and the signed application in Russia..... totally new to this process.

The documents my wife has are as follows
Marriage certificate (with Apostille)
International passport
Internal passport
TB cert
English test cert

Do all these documents need translated and certified ?
I have all the other supporting documents here in the UK already
