Hi,

I am a British citizen and want to apply for visit visa for my elderly brother living. What are the requirements to sponsor a relative?
Is there also a way of applying for settlement for an elderly brother like parents ?

You need to decide what category you are asking about. Visitor visa posts should be posted in the 'General Immigration' sub forum further down the main page.

To sponsor adult family (parents or brother) is not easy and almost guaranteed to be refused, is an expensive visa and if refused, shuts the door to future visitor visas.
