ILR DEPENDENT REQUIREMENT'S FROM INDIA

Hi,

I am on ILR. My wife has been to UK, when i am on tier 1 visa. She is in india from past two years.
1) what visa i need to apply for her from india?
2) funds maintenance?
3) income threshols to show her?
4) any English requirements for her?

1. Spouse settement visa on form VAF4A and Appendix SE_FM

2. There is no 'funds maintenance'. You need to prove you meet the £18,600pa financial requirement (assuming no children).

Hi,

When i am on tier1 visa, she is my dependent and she stayed in Uk For 2 years only.

Now i am on ILR and she has to apply for ILR
Dependent only.

Assuming her Tier 1 Dependent visa has now expired, your wife doesn't qualify for ILR due to the lengthy absence outside of the UK.

As CR001 has already advised, she will have to apply for a Spouse Settlement visa and start a new 5 year route (2.5 x 2.5) to settlement (ILR). Her immigration clock has been re-set to zero.
