Employee hours for ILR application from T1 Ent route

Dear Fellows
I am confused about employee hours calculation. We are two directors in a company and we applied separately for tier1 ent. My initial visa was approved on 11/13 and extension was approved on 03/17. My other director's extension application is pending where he is in new transitional rules regarding job creation. We have 1 full time and 2 part time staffs currently which also was claimed by my partner when making extension application but policy guidance shows I'll have to show two continous jobs when applying for ILR which will be due on 10/18. Could you kindly help me to get correct explanation how to show the employee hours. I really need expert suggestion as I have still enough time to employ new staff to cover it if necessary.

You both can’t use the same employees to get your hours as you are ent team members

The earlier reply is almost correct. You can’t share JOBS.
Assuming you had 1 FT employee and 2 PT employees only throughout, I can’t see how your other director’s extension would be approved. I assume you had more jobs in between.
So whether you can use the current jobs for your ILR depends on whether these jobs are the ones used by the other director.

Thanks for your prompt reply. It is clear now so should I employ new staffs to meet total working hours before my ILR application ie if I employ sufficient fulltime staffs for next 9 months will it be OK as I am in old rules?
Also can I claim hours from another company where I am the sole director for my upcoming application?

I think the other person’s extension is going to get rejected as you have already claimed the points for those jobs/employees
So even at the next application you would be getting the points for these jobs/employeees

But if you want to be on safe side then hire more employees

And yes employees/jobs from other companies for which you are sole director can also count if they meet the conditions

Note that it is not about total working hours. You need 104 weeks of ft work
