I am confused about employee hours calculation. We are two directors in a company and we applied separately for tier1 ent. My initial visa was approved on 11/13 and extension was approved on 03/17. My other director's extension application is pending where he is in new transitional rules regarding job creation. We have 1 full time and 2 part time staffs currently which also was claimed by my partner when making extension application but policy guidance shows I'll have to show two continous jobs when applying for ILR which will be due on 10/18. Could you kindly help me to get correct explanation how to show the employee hours. I really need expert suggestion as I have still enough time to employ new staff to cover it if necessary.
