please help for Uk Standard Visit visa .

Hi, My Maternal Uncle is British Citizen. So he wish apply visit visa for my Maternal Grandmother. I visited uk visas and immigration site , in there there's mention that the applicant should submit bank statements for 6 months, proof of income source, proof of returning back. So my question to you guy's is that, My grandmother has bank account but there's not much money in it, My grandmother doesn't do any work hence there's no proof of income source and last year my Grandfather died and all the land is in his Names and some are in Uncle's Name.
So please let me know what should we do.
