Just want to get your opinion on something..
I am a british citizen, living in the UK with my wife and kids. My mom has been in the UK once back in 2010 and my dad in 2014 & 2015.. My dad passed away last year and my mom now looks after my dads properties, lands and rest of the family matters..
She is planning to come to the UK for around 6 weeks (Max) as we are expecting another child in June'18 and she wants to join us on this occasion, and as i normally spend my June/July in Pakistan, all of our family may not be able to travel this year due to our new arrival.
My dad had nearly around £1 Million worth of properties in Pakistan, and my mom alone is owner of these now by way of husbands inheritance. however we or she have not had any chance to transfer the properties to her name yet .. So we do not have any actual document on her name but all of them are still on my late dad's name..Though she has a bank savings of over £10K for a long time. Though she gets income from the agriculture land but that is undocumented but i mentioned about those when we applied for my dad's visa as it was. I also contribute around £400 each month and it goes to her bank account... ALso one of my sister along with her three kids live with my mom right now.
Here are my two questions that i am looking help for.
- I have explained as it is in a covering letter that properties are still on dad's name and i will include copies of those documents along with my late father's death certificate etc, but has anyone had any experience same as this ? is there any additional document i can show
- I cannot find any photocopies of my mom's visa applicaiton for 2010, so in the section for her Mom and Dad's (Grand Fathers) date of birth. I really don't know what she put in in the last application as my sister who travelled with her filled that application form and did not keep any copies.. Now when i am trying to find out DOB for my grandparents i cannot find one with the relavent documents
I guess they may have put in estimated one's as start of the year.. So i am thinking of just putting in 01/01/1900 with an explainatory note that it is Estimated one,, however my worry is what if this disagrees with the one they put in earlier (which may have been from one of the old docucuments we might had... but my quick search couldnt find any such doc right now - what do you recon else could be done here ? i just want to put in writing the way it is
