My appoinment is booked next week
For same day
Your case is diffrent

You need to change your postal to premium
You can send home office MP copy of letter and them to give u an option for same day according to the prove which if u get from ur mp
Then i think its upto u which centre u choose

I am receiving it today via post then will scan and send it tomorrow or Friday via email with the rest of the premium service form..

Any great information what steps you did... Did you apply for the same day service where you attend in person £590?

I can see in this forum some are saying apply bang on at 8am? why?

When do you get a confirmation and who sets the day?

Your answers in detail would be helpful..

People under 6 years DLR can use premium services on SET (o).

I have never had an application refused on the basis that DLR dont qualify for premium services.

THANKS OBIE,

BUT can I ask you what do you mean you never had Premium service denied.

Are you a solicitor?

Have they got the same case as me and mkhari...I am still waiting for the letter from my MP so that I can send it via email witht the payment..

The reason I had to do this because I have sent an email before to the same team in the premium service and they said I am not eligible for this service...weired

But I see people on this forum with the same case and get accepted this service....

You see where the confusion is?

Dear Alz3eem,

I am having the same case as u, Mkhari and Luqui. I applied by post using FLR(DL) form on 20th Nov. I got advice from different solicitors that its chance of 50/50 so better play safe and apply by post.

Now i regret applying by post. Can you also share that email reply from your MP to me, because i will aslo check if I can now request to go for premium service. I don not know if that will be possible but i want to try. I applied with my dependant so it will be about £1200/- extra to pay.

Any advice please share

Well the cases are very similar in the sense that they are DLR 3 years x 2.

ILR application and the dreadful news

Post by Alz3eem2002 » Wed Jan 10, 2018 10:36 am

Dear Forum I need your help really urgent,

I have applied for SET O other category after a (failed asylum claim) 3x2 dlr.

I then decided to speed up my process and apply for premium service in December hoping they will agree to speed it.

At the end of December I get an email accepting my application and that it will get send to Liverpool premium service and its upto me whether to attend or make them decide and they will send me the decision. (Normally the applicant decides where they go for premium service?)

I went for the decision making £490.

I received a letter yesterday stating that I have a criminal conviction or caution not being declared which they have record in the home office and have 10 days to answer back and state it.

I honestly don't have no criminal convictions or cautions or court proceedings or any fines or speeding tickets. I am surprised this never got flagged up on the last 3 years discretionary leave. I am in shock. cant think of anything. I don't even have parking fines.

I HAVE WRITTEN A LETTER TO MY solicitor to tell her that definitely there is something wrong, I don't have any convictions.

The letter from the home office states:

Thank you for your client's application for leave to remain in the United Kingdom.

To help me consider the matter, please send me the following documents. Please send

ORIGINAL documents as photocopies are NOT acceptable for the purpose of deciding your application.

Your client has indicated on Section 7 of the Application form that he has not received any criminal convictions, cautions civil judgements or civil penalties whilst residing in the UK.

The information your client has provided does not match with the information the Home

Office holds.

I have enclosed the relevant page on the application form to give your client the opportunity to provide any further information.

To enable the application to be considered fully and promptly we need all the above documents. It is, therefore, essential that you reply within 10 working days from the date of this letter. If you fail to provide the required documents, the application will be considered on the basis of the documents that you have already provided. This may result in your application being refused in accordance with paragraph 322(9) of the Immigration Rules, that is the failure by an applicant to produce within reasonable time information, documents or other evidence required by the Secretary of State to establish his claim to remain under these rules.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Yours sincerely,

Maybe get an advanced criminal background disclosure done from the Police themselves and verify with them if there has been a mistake.
These are my 'views' and 'opinions'.
If in doubt always seek professional advice, or at least do a search for the relevant information. :P

If i make any mistakes, You are more than welcome to correct me.

Thanks CMOSUK,

BUT THE ISSUE IS THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 10 DAYS ONLY. until THE 19TH jANUARY. CRB CHECKS TAKES 14 DAYS AND NEEDS FORMS OF IDENTIFICATION. All these are not available as I submitted it to the Home Office.

If the Home Office is alleging that you have criminal convictions, the burden is on them to prove it and for you to then demonstrate it is not you if for example the details don't match.

Some companies on the list may be able to process the application faster. You could try the Enhanced checks.
