Flrm specific accommodation question

Post by Reb123 » Mon Jan 29, 2018 7:28 pm

Hello everyone,
I'm new here, but I have been reading this extremely helpful forum for years!
I have a question, I am currently on a UK spouse visa, I'm due to apply for FLRm visa in May via premium service and I really want to get the application right.
I lived with my wife/sponsor in rented accommodation for the first 2 months of being in the UK, this was the address we originally applied with, but then we moved to her mum's council house for various reasons, and she does not own the property she is a council tenant . A year later we got our own privately rented accommodation which we still live in and plan to stay in for a while.
We will provide joint mail that we received while living at my mother in law's property, but do we need the following despite having moved out over a year ago: a letter from the council, a letter from her mum, a council tax bill to her mum from that period, and the council tenancy agreement?
It will be difficult to obtain the above (apart from the letter from my mother in law) but we will find a way if any of the experts believe its worth doing.
Any help is much appreciated, as we are both quite worried.
Thank you!
