Spouse Visa cancellation

Hi,

I got married three years ago and brought my wife to Uk but since the day of our marriage we have been having fights and finally My wife said she married me to get UK visa only, I have been telling her that we shall sort out these issues in front of our families as this is an arranged marriage but she says she will not come to our home country, she has been psychologically and mentally torturing me, I asked her to accept for mutual divorce but she made a big scene and started harassing me saying she will file a case on me making some false stories, Due to this I got some health issues which made me hospitalized, I approached a lawyer and told him the whole story and also about her suicidal blackmail and applied for spouse visa cancellation, lawyer said he wrote a note about her suicidal tendency to HO while sending my letter to them and he said they are not going to inform her about her visa cancellation but they will come directly and deport her to home country without giving her any time. He said they will treat this as special case and he also said they will be coming in 2-7 days once they receive the letter.

It’s been three weeks that my lawyer sent the letter but nobody came to deport her..
1. How long does it take for HO to deport her?
2. How to know if they received the letter and started taking action?
3. Is it true that HO will not inform her before coming to deport her and will they treat some cases specially as my lawyer said?

Please do help me with answers. Thanks in advance.
