ILR Visa - Criminal Conviction

Post by preetsan1986 » Wed Feb 07, 2018 2:17 pm

Hi Everyone,

I will be applying for my ILR thru 5 year spouse visa route next month. And I am really worried and confused about personal history section where I have to declare if I was involved in criminal conviction or not. In 2011 we as a friend had fight with each other at our home and we called police and then police took us to station had our finger prints scanned but later on same day we decided not to proceed further and withdrew our case and police released us without any warning.

So my question is do I have to mention this in application form or not. I will appreciate your response, any advise welcome

Thank You
