Form AN and MN1 - is this correct?

Post by daniels » Wed Feb 07, 2018 3:19 pm

Hi,
I want to apply for naturalisation on paper using the AN form and MN1 for the childrens(age 9 and 8).
Now we all have over 7 years in uk and we all have PR cards (date card issued june 2017) and date we reacquired PR status April 2016.
Is the for MN1 the right for to use ? if yes, under which section i should apply(section 1.1 on form MN1)
I would like to mention that my son was born in uk and my daughter abroad.

Thanks.

MN1 is correct for both children.

Section 3(1) for the child born abroad.

Section 1(3) for the UK born child.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
