Hello all,
I am new to this forum. I believe my questions will be answered.
I will be offered the job who is going to sponsor me on Tier 2 General.
They have started the RLMT process. the ads they advertised closing date is by 5th of March to cover of 28 days.
I just saw on guidance that Home Office should receive the RCoS requests done by 5th every month? Is that still ok for them to complete the RLMT process by then?
Looking forward to hearing from you all,
Zaf

No, How can you say which is a Sham?
Yes, I recently started working for them and they required some more candidate for the role whereas I requested for Tier 2 sponsorship which they agreed and I have been terminated now. but I do not know what is going to happen in my situation, well I may now lose the job due to this If they found someone. ( which I found over this forum)
Can you please answer my question what I asked for?
Thanks

You cannot be selected and offered the job before the end of RLMT. If this only finishes on 5th March, then you can only be offered after RLMT is finished as a settled or EU/BC worker could still apply on the 5th March and be qualified for the job.
Not sure why you were 'terminated'. There is no reason for this and HO could well see that you had already worked for the employer.
What is your current immigration status??

Thanks for your comments CR001,
I am on Tier 2 dependent. I don't know why they terminated.
But my question was how can they request a Rcos to the HO by 5th at end of the month for requesting files to HO right whereas to complete the RLMT?

RLMT must be completed before they can request the RCoS. They will therefore likely miss the general allocation for March and will fall into April.

wow, so I will be missed in March Quota then.
But what about the salary requirements for April 2018 under any new rules as I am being a software developer and offered of £32k.
Is this salary band enough to go for April which will be reset for this year?
Please advise CR001?
Many thanks

HO usually push up the salary every year in April, right? this is why I raised the question? if yes when they usually raise the salary bands?
sorry if my question was not making any sense but I wanted to know that, please?
Thanks

I don't work for HO so cannot answer your question.
The current requirment is a minimum of £30,000pa or the rate in the SOC, whichever is HIGHER.
