Sending documents to HO

Dear experts ,
I wonder if anyone can help me pls. I am on 10 years rout as a family member of a british wife and we have a 3 yeras old sone so every about 30 month I need to renew my residence permit and this is my first renewal .
Do we have to send all the bank statement , letters , bills , payslips and any other doscment for that last 2,5 years ? Or shall we send only the last 6 month ?
If we have to send the whole 2,5 years and they are a lot , it won't fit in 1 or 2 invelop along with the passports and the application .
Do we have to inclose empty invelops to receive all the documents back ?
We really appreciate your help .

Yes to everything except financial requirements which only need to be 6 months if your sponsor has is on a £18,600 and same place last 6 months. Also latest employment letter, payslips bank statements need to be within 28 days old to when you apply.
