As I mentioned my annual income is £19700. If I apply ILR LR what will happen with my dependants?
They can't apply set m but can they extend stay or they need to go back to the home country?
I think it’s gonna be FLR(m) without leaving the country. Were ur children born here, how old are they, how many dependants, do you have savings?
Sorry aman90. It's FLR M but annual income is not enough for that. About £12000 +- in cash savings. Also have some property back home but I think will not count.

Kids born outside UK. Wife and 2 kids.
Can they apply any other FLR application even on 10 years route?

Thanks

I’m not familiar with the calculations but on 10 year route there seems to be no income requirement.
Better to ask ur questions pertaining to family in family immigration board.

Hello everyone,

I received an email from case work today and asked for 2 years business bank statements showing the out goings of salary for the employee used for job creation part of the application via email or post.

Q 1- can I email him online bank statements?

Q 2- In those 2 years I paid 22 month salaries via bank transfer and 2 months cash paid. Will this be a problem?

Q3- Do I need to explain this cash payments or just email him 24 months bank statements?

Note: Received a complex issue Letter on 25th of July and this email today.

Thanks

Online statements stamped by bank should do to avoid doubt.

It just seems fishy that you pay cash in this digital age. Having said that I am not aware of any law that prohibits cash payments of salary. It may be an issue if HO prohibits salary payments made via cash.

Q3- Do I need to explain this cash payments or just email him 24 months bank statements?
This is tricky, not sure what you should do about this as cash payments seem a bit fishy. Having said that do you have evidence of employee confirming they received cash payments the months plus reasoning around why you had to cash in this digital age. if you have confirmation of cash payment; this can be sent along if you choose to explain the cash payments.

1. Yes
2. I support sassybee's comments - there is no requirement that salary needs to be paid by bank transfer but it is unusual
3. Yes, since they have specifically asked for outgoings on salary - you need to explain why the documents you are submitting does not show that for the two months.
My comments are in no way meant to be advisory. I have no professional knowledge of immigration. These are based on my own experience, convictions and personal interpretation of publicly available information.

this is total stupidity, violation of human rights and disgusting:

after 10 months they need to see bank statements ? it could have been asked 6 months ago, are they serious ,why dont they understand people has extended and close family back home .

They are charging 2400 per case and service provided in zero

rubbish utter rubbish

Thanks sassybee and marcnath for your comments.

He is working for me from 6+ years, others are coming and going. He asked for advance salary 4-5 times and I gave him every time from my own pocket and 1 time from my personal bank account as well.

For those months I didn't transfer salary from my business bank account, my accountant added that money in director loan account for those years.

In these 6 years 2-3 time he even requested me to transfer salary late for some of his own reasons.

@teddybear79. Yes it is frustrating my mother had a heart attack and her health is not good and she was in hospital. Just waiting for quick and positive response.

Hi xeesee, I'm in the same boat as you're applied on 18/03/2019 got complex letter on 13th September and since then long silence.

Can you please let me know, did you not submitted the business bank statements at the time of ILR applied? I believe this is positive sign that caseworker has send you an email, means your case is now be decided soon and good news is around the corner :) best of luck, thanks

I applied on 01-03-2019 and received complex issues letter on 25th July 2019. I submitted only 1 month of bank statement and a letter from the bank.

Thanks for the wishes. This waiting process is very painful.
