Why do you need the accounts for your ILR application ?xeesee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 5:43 pmxeesee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 3:27 pmThanks marcnath and tier11417.
Marcnath, zimba or CR001 can you please tell me about my 5th years accounts as well.
My accountant saying that he can't do this before April as he busy with clients deadlines.
My leave in expiring on 03-03-2019. What will be the best date to submit my online application considering my situation as I have 1 employee working full time.
I'm planning to submit on 01-03-2019.
Thanks
I'm just asking to make sure that I'm not missing anything. I will send CT600 company return year 2016-2107. As you said before it can be from any year.marcnath wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 9:25 pmWhy do you need the accounts for your ILR application ?xeesee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 5:43 pmxeesee wrote: ↑Tue Feb 05, 2019 3:27 pmThanks marcnath and tier11417.

xeesee wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 1:20 pmHi,
My question is about CT600.
Is there any term like original CT600 and photocopy.
I'm not of any such requirements. My accountant email me a scanned copy of CT600.
Will that be fine? Yes. Just sign the declaration at the end
I'm using existing service and sending all documents by post.
Thanks

Those are already singed and dated. Shall I change the last page?
Yes they all singed by directors. Couple of them got e-signature by Adobe sign.tier11417 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 2:52 pmNo. If its already signed by you (director) its fine.xeesee wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 2:25 pmThanks tier11417.tier11417 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 1:34 pmxeesee wrote: ↑Thu Feb 07, 2019 1:20 pmHi,

Hello,
If you are relying on only 1 employee, your 24 months will complete on 2nd March 2019 as you can only claim after extension i.e 3rd March 2017. If you apply on 1st, you will be short of 1 day. You will need to send March 2018 - March 2019 FPS.xeesee wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 12:56 amHello,
I only have 1 employee working full time for me from 01-10-2014. My extension was granted on 03-03-2017. I just want to send my February's FPS and salary slips with all other documents. I will generate those on 27 or 28th of February and will submit online application on 1st march and post all documents on the same day as well.
How can OP use FPS before extension?bizman wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 8:43 amI don’t think he will have such problem. Don’t forget that the employee has never left him since he joined his business, so he can actually use FPS before extension and those after, his grant of leave/extension was few months with HO before he was granted extension. On that basis he won’t have issues even if he submits in February.
In your earlier posts, you said your extension was granted on 2/3/17. You now say its granted on 3/3/17.xeesee wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 9:09 amMy initial visa was granted on 19-12-2013 and extension on 03-03-2017 but this particular employee started on with my company on 01-10-2014.
Tier11417 I discuss this earlier as 1 employee is also working part time from 01-07-2018 and marcnath suggested me to send her salary slips as well as that might help me. Also said to send march salary slips and FPS at the end of march.
There is a rule that says the most recent creation of job before application, some people’s extension is delayed so much that they are few months away from their 5 years residency qualification before it is released. In that instance they use employment records before date of applicationtier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 1:35 pmHow can OP use FPS before extension?bizman wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 8:43 amI don’t think he will have such problem. That exception rule does not apply to OP. It is only the case where the date of ILR is less than 12 months of extension date(which is not OP’s case), then the last 12 months can be used. OP needs 24 months AFTER extension.bizman wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 2:48 pmThere is a rule that says the most recent creation of job before application, some people’s extension is delayed so much that they are few months away from their 5 years residency qualification before it is released. Thanks tier11417. it is possible that i miss typed or something. but i can confirm that place and date of issue is UK 03-03-2017 and valid until 03-03-2019. as it is said that we can apply 28 days before current leave is expired so i was thinking that it should be OK if i submit my application in February.tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 1:44 pmIn your earlier posts, you said your extension was granted on 2/3/17. Tier11417 I discuss this earlier as 1 employee is also working part time from 01-07-2018 and marcnath suggested me to send her salary slips as well as that might help me. Also said to send march salary slips and FPS at the end of march.
Note you can only claim points for job creation after extension regardless of when your employee initially started. So you can only claim job points for ILR after extension. Your 24 months will be completed on 03/3/17 - 2/3/19. Personally, I think if you apply on 1st you will not have met the conditions and will be short of 1 day. Ideally you should apply on 3/3/19 (last day of your visa expiry) and send in March 2019 FPS also.
Note, although sending a part timer is good but the guidance talks about adding two part timers for 1 FT. Members in the past have used single part time jobs to add number or hours and have been accepted but recently a member posted who was refused as HO did not accept single part time worker.
Personally, I would not risk for 1 day and send March 2019 FPS also. That is my opinion but lets say what others have to say.
Btw BRP date is not always the approval date. Usually the BRP is issued after the approval date and you can apply 28 days before the approval date. So that might help.xeesee wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 5:24 pmThanks tier11417. it is possible that i miss typed or something. but i can confirm that place and date of issue is UK 03-03-2017 and valid until 03-03-2019. as it is said that we can apply 28 days before current leave is expired so i was thinking that it should be OK if i submit my application in February.tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 1:44 pmIn your earlier posts, you said your extension was granted on 2/3/17. marcnath also suggested that i can apply before and send march's FPS after in a separate post. i was thinking to mention that in a cover letter aswell.
i will request all other senior members to help me clarify this.
zimba, marcnath and CR001 please give your opinion.
Thanks
Also, you can apply 28 days before your expiry GIVEN you also meet the job requirements. How can you apply in Feb otherwise? You only have 1 employee that will complete 24 months on 2/3/19 but as I said BRP date is not necessarily the approval date. If your approval date was earlier that might help ease the situation.xeesee wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 5:24 pmThanks tier11417. it is possible that i miss typed or something. but i can confirm that place and date of issue is UK 03-03-2017 and valid until 03-03-2019. as it is said that we can apply 28 days before current leave is expired so i was thinking that it should be OK if i submit my application in February.tier11417 wrote: ↑Sun Feb 10, 2019 1:44 pmIn your earlier posts, you said your extension was granted on 2/3/17.
