Hi
Iam on Tier 2 General Visa completing 5 years next month but unfortunately our tier 2 sponsor license has been suspended and mentioned my vacancy was not genuine and gave our company 20 working days to answer.
My 10 years legally is finished now and i booked an appointment in a week before the date company has to answer the questions raised on the license.
Any one has the same case like me?
Iam now applying on 10 yrs long residence and i am on tier 2 visa presently which license is suspended and not revoked. I think iam on legal visa now as i haven't received any curtailment letter yet.
Please suggest what might be the result to be on a safer side.
Thank you

hey,
Well as long as your company's license is not revoked you should be fine. If you have completed 10years then go through 10year route if you think that the license can get revoked

Good to hear that you have received your ILR. But please be careful Home Office can revoke your ILR especially at port of entry. HO can flag your ILR and revoke it on entry to UK. Have seen many cases, getting ILR does not mean that you are out of all dangers especially in case of deception. If they have a very strong evidence against you that your employment was not genuine they can simply revoke your ILR.
To be on safer side, apply for British Citizenship before leaving the country. Have seen cases where they have cancelled even British Passports in deception cases.
I hope everything goes smoothly and you never get any problem. I had the same issue and HO refusal of my ILR application was overturned in First Tier Tribunal and HO permission to appeal to Upper Tribunal is also refused. But its not over yet for me.
