Hello, all please quick advise my ILR APPLICATION not decided yet can you please tell me how long home office can hold. now more than two years.

How long it will take depends on your whole 10 year residence and circumstances.

If your police case is still not sorted out, this could be the reason for the delay.

If you worked more than 20 hours per week while on a student visa for 10 years, this could also cause delays as could excessive absence. You have posted full details of your immigration history or if there were any periods of refusals or appeals, so any advice anyone gives is just guess work.

yes thank you and you can disable other username, they dint said any thing only impending prosecution.

As long as you have an 'impending prosecution', an application to HO will be put on hold pending the outcome.
