Extension of PBS dependent visa for having ILR of main applicant

Hi,

I got my ILR under Tier 2 General 5 years route as main applicant. And my and daughter is still on PBS dependent visa and they have completed their 5 years continuous residency period but my wife has not cleared the life in UK test and English language Test and their existing visa is about to expire.

Now my queries are:
1. Can their PBS dependent visa be further extendable ?
2. If yes, by when they should apply for extension of PBS dependent visa.
3. If not, what are the options available for them and how they can get their ILR.

Could you please clear my doubts.

Yes. The 6 year limit is only for the main Tier 2 visa holder. Bear in mind that in addition to the visa fees, you will also have to pay £600 each Immigration Health Surcharge.
