Indefinite Leave Long Residence

Post by Same1029 » Fri Feb 16, 2018 5:00 pm

Hi,
I was wondering if any body can help me understand the breaks in continuity for long residence ILR.

I arrived in the UK in September 2008 on a student visa, valid for 5 years, which was extended in October 2013 till October 2014.

Applied for tier 5, visa granted till March 2016.

Applied for FLR(o), which was refused and the Home office gave 28 days to apply for a new visa or leave the country, I applied for FLR(private life), a few weeks after applying I withdrew the application and left UK voluntarily to apply for a tier 2 from my home country.

I left the UK on 31st October and applied for tier 2 on 7th November 2016, tier 2 granted in January 2017.
I am wondering if theres a break in my stay in this country if I was to apply for ILR 10 yrs route this September.

Thanks

You have broken your 10 years long residence continuous residence as I understand it.

What date did you submit FLR(O)?

What date was FLR(O) refused and what was the reason?

What date did you apply FLR(FP)?

What date did you withdraw FLR(FP)?
Char (CR001 not Casa)
