Student Dependent Visa with Child

Hi Friends,

I am At UK from 2010 june to 2012 March as a student(student visa) but i am not completed studies Now i am planing for applying for dependent of my wife and we have one child age 3yrs can i apply for Dependent visa can we get visa for my wife as a student and me and my child as a Dependent
