Schengen visa for parents visiting UK from India

Hi,

I live in the UK with my family, and we are all British citizens. My parents are visiting to UK in a few months and we were planning to take them for a Europe tour while they are here. They live in India and hold Indian passport. Is it possible for them to apply for a schengen visa while they are in the UK?

I would appreciate any advise in this.
