Help needed for Ent to ILR (Set O)

I had starter date issue for 2nd Job in fps, but accountant has sorted out and submitted as 01/04/18 but 1st is Sunday. Will it matter?

If the starter date now has been fixed for 2nd Job, then
JOB 3: Marketing- FT
01-04-18- present =12 months
Emp C
Payslip= April 2018- April 2019 (then i dont think so i need to submit April 2019 payslip or fps because it is already 52 weeks/12 months till end of March 2019)?

Above link does mention about Super priority service for Set O for Entrepreneur as Well.

Why not someone can start on a sunday? Its absolutely fine. Not everyone works 7 days a week or some can work any days in the week etc.

The gov website is misleading. It is not updated correctly. You will only get standard option for Tier 1 Ent at payment section. Only Tier 1 dependents can opt for super priority given the main applicant already has ILR. The main applicant only has standard service option.

Stick to facts.
If it’s 01/04.. then don’t state 02/04 coz the former is a Sunday. Many businesses work Sunday..

you can still send April FPS n payslip cos you can. If it’s too much work then don’t bother.
Ur job creation is very straight forward but there is never any harm in sending an extra payslip or RTI..
why don’t you try opting for super priority at the time of payment and let us all know when you succeed.. so we can correct ourselves..

I have 3 passports and obviously one is the new one. Do i need to scan all pages of 3 passports including empty pages? If yes, can i combine all pages into one pdf file in ascending order or upload single single pages individually.

What should be DPI quality for scan 200dpi, 300dpi, 400dpi or 600dpi?

Is there any speccific format of the document required such as PDF or Jpeg and size in mbs?

Can we combine one employee all payslip in one pdf file in ascending order and same with others?

OR we just need to upload everything single document in Jpeg or PDF?

Scan all pages of the passport covering your 5 year qualifying period including the blank ones. Other passports, just scan the biometric pages and stamps EXCLUDING blank pages. That is what I personally did

Can we combine one employee all payslip in one pdf file in ascending order and same with others? Yes. This is the best approach to have as much organised docs as you can. I made ONE pdf for all 24 months of payslips for all employees

2)I m the only signatory of account
3)company uses this account for business purposes.

What they did. 1 and 2 points are fine but on 3rd point they mentioned that " this account should be uses for business purpose only".

I am not an expert but as long as it says the company has a business account and you are the signatory you should be okay. Wait for others to comment.

Why not just submit a Business Bank statement and save the trouble and avoid any doubts ?

I know that entrepreneur route is finishing for new applicants and new inventor visa is coming instead. But there is a wave going from Solicitors that pre-april route benefits are finishing on 28th March 2019.

I would still think so. You can rely on pre-6th April transitional arrangements if you apply before 6th. However, there are few new rules like you have to state your job activities etc. I would suggest you read the new rules.

What documents to show for job activity. I can not see any job activity mention in new guidance but it is mentioned in table that they will asses job from period of extension.

Could you please mention page number of guidance regarding job activity?

And what documents shall i show for job activity apart from these employee contract, ID, RTI,payslips, p60,p45,p11,tax payments for employees?

In online form, it ask about when you first entered in Uk (is it entry clearance date or date on which initial entrepreneur visa was granted?

(i) an overview of your business’s activity, including an explanation of the goods or services it provides to its customers or clients; and
(ii) your job title and job description, setting out your role within the company, how you are implementing your business plan and what your main tasks and responsibilities are in running the business on a day-to-day basis.

In my view, in first point we can provide invoices and contract as they detail services you provide.

In 2nd point, I believe a self explanation of your title and duties alongwith marketing material.

Hope you all are at best of your health.

I am ready with all documents and online application form. Started application form from 22nd March.

I have really no idea about new changes that whether they apply to me i.e pre-april 2014 or not.

If you see statement of changes 7th March 2019, its states:

“Changes are being made to provide greater assurance that Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrants are genuinely engaged in business. Applicants will be asked to provide an overview of their business’s activity, details of their role within the business, and the job titles/descriptions for the settled worker employees for whom they are claiming points. The government has judged it proportionate to apply these changes to future extension and settlement applications by entrepreneurs already in the category.”

And if you see new guidance under Business Activity part-c on page 27 version 03/2019, states that

"C:) Regardless of whether you are self-employed, a director or member, you must also
rovide:

(i) an overview of your business's activity, including an explanation of the goods or

(ii) your job title and job description, setting out your role within the company, how you

In the statement of changes and new guidance, there is nothing mentioned that it will apply from 6th April 2019, that in my opinion it apply since 29 March 2019 to pre april and post april.

They have cancelled pre-april transitional arrangement as well from 29th March 2019 as in new guidance nothing mention for transitional arrangement.

After looking at both statement of changes and new guidance, both are different. In statement of changes (7 march), they are asking about job titles and description about settled workers but other side in new guidance (29 March) it just ask about Director role, responsibilities, director title and job description.

My application is ready, just confused about that has transitional arrangement been ended on 29 March?

If transitional arrangement has not been ended, does this new change in Business Activity under part-c (29 march guidance) applies to me as well or not?

If new changes in Business Activity part-c applies to me, what formal documents should be provided for director (as it just ask about director job, director description etc)? I believe here they are not asking about an self explanation of director job role, responsibilies, business overview etc.
