Bring bank statements and tickets just in case.

Please update us after your appointment too.
Thanks for the reply. Ya will update after appointment

Yes i would be carrying my tickets, Bank statements and also the approval letter of my previous visa application from home office which i applied during that period which also proves that i was here (It was IN country application tier 2 extension)

Should i specifically mention this in cover letter ?

Thanks, I have a few stamp issues myself such as entry via Dublin... would be useful to know how your application goes.

Personally I would maybe include a brief explanation and a statement that you can provide the documents to confirm your presence in the UK if needed. Keep it simple.

Guys.. after one of my holidays i entered UK via heathrow airport. Immigration officer stamped my passport with incorrect entry date. Rather than stamping 19th JAN, he stamped 19th JUN.. I am having ILR appointment (Tier 2 gen to ilr) in next few days.. should i need to worry about this ?

1. I Have my airlines tickets to prove the dates.

2. I have bank transactions to prove that i was in UK after 19 th JAN.

3. Also I have applied in country visa application period on 3rd JUN and gave my biometrics on June 3rd which also proves that 19 TH JUN doesn't make any sense .

Any advice pl

Hello Senior members any comments on above issue ? am still waiting for my SAR for last 30 days.... my ILR in next 15 days.

Senior moderators-- Kindly help.

Do case worker rely on passport stamp date or they refer their own database ? Should i write a cover letter to explain this issue ? kindly advice.

I have enough evidence like e tickets, bank statements, hotel accommodation proofs, rent agreement, also letter from council for enrolling me in electoral register etc to prove that i landed here on correct date.

Any insights are much appreciated ..

Guys...senior moderators.. any help pls... I received response for my SAR today. I have received every details about my all UKVI application's, case notes except my entry date and exit dates and landing card.. its very annoying, after waiting 50 days i haven't received the details what i have asked...

What should i do ? I have ILR appointment next week... i am taking etickets to prove my entry date, and few other letters from council (electoral registration letter), bank statements etc..

Should i write this in cover letter ? I just don't want to confuse case worker and complicate my ILR... pls advice
