Yes, the requirement for the start date to be in the FPS is no longer there, so you don't need to send the first FPSraj.m wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 9:52 pmHi everyone,
I am applying for my ILR under the Tier 1 Ent 50K route. My question is in relation to the RTI FPS. I am showing two full time employees. One for 18 months and another for 6 months. The 18 months one has been with my company since 2013. My question is do I need to send his first ever FPS with my company since it is the only FPS which shows his start date. I am asking this as the rules changed this year in January. Following the changes, do I still need to send his first ever FPS to show his start date? Thanks
I thought you have to send FPS, it just does not matter if it is written the start datemarcnath wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 10:02 pmYes, the requirement for the start date to be in the FPS is no longer there, so you don't need to send the first FPSraj.m wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 9:52 pmHi everyone,

This reply was specific to the OPs case. Since the employee started in the first period, there is no need to send the FPS with the start date again when claiming the employment for ILR. Under the old rules, that had to be sent because that would have been the only FPS with a start dateseasky wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2018 5:12 pmI thought you have to send FPS, it just does not matter if it is written the start datemarcnath wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 10:02 pmYes, the requirement for the start date to be in the FPS is no longer there, so you don't need to send the first FPSraj.m wrote: ↑Wed Feb 21, 2018 9:52 pmHi everyone,

By the first ever FPS, I meant first ever FPS in which this employee in question was included and NOT the first ever FPS for the company that was sent to HMRC.marcnath wrote: ↑Thu Feb 22, 2018 9:22 pmThis reply was specific to the OPs case. Correct - that requirement has been removed.
