FLR as an overstayer

Post by wilkinsonn84 » Sun Feb 25, 2018 2:34 pm

Some when I came to this country and because of the man I`ve known as my father was born British I applied straight for passport as directed by a lawyer but was refused as I was re-registered in the birth records system in St Lucia and could not provide my first birth certificate.I later applied for right of abode but was requested a DNA test done between me and my father but as my father refused to help me I could not and did one between my sibling but test came out that we were not full sisters. So I withdrew my appeal.Later I applied for FLR but was also refused.I believe that my lawyer also sent in another application on the base of Human rights last year September but we have not gotten a reply. In 2015 I was served with a letter to report at the West Midlands Reporting Centre and was given to report once every month. On February 14 2018 I received a letter saying that the Decision of Removal and /Detention has been withdrawn furthermore station I no longer have to report till Further notice.
Note:
I am an overstayer
My husband also applied on separate application for FLR with me and our kids being his dependents but was also refused but given right to appeal which we are awaiting a date.He was not sent a letter to stop reporting but me and my kids were as we came here separate from him.

Question: Is it that my last application has been considered?
Or is it that maybe one of my past application is being re-considered?

Am a bit worrisome.
