Imp tier 2 application additional document

Hi all please I need genuine advice on my case .
I applied tier2 visa extension from different employer previous was suspended. Last Monday it was same day service all documents are we submitted cos proof of English maintaince fund etc
I had biometric done in same day also . Then after 2 hour they call me come here for your decision outcome . After they give one letter and asking we need more documents for further process for application . My representatives also there .
My application was
Category: tier2 extension
Post : 3545 business development manager
Application: same day service
They asking 7/8 questions like
Give full job role of bdm?
Why company need bdm??
Hierarchy flow chart of company ?
How many staff work n their job role ?
Bdm daily role ,weekly roe, monthly role etc

What dose that mean . Pls give me suggestions??

BDM is the most abused job title and SOC, hence HO are very wary and want to make sure it is not a 'wishy washy' non genuine role.

Thank you for reply . Yea is true we all know bdm is complicated but It was genuine . My case company also need bdm . All process was genuinely we did labour test market , allocated cos etc . Now what you think on that case if we Subimit all documents what they did ?? What abt my same day visa fee ?? Pls help

PLs reply gurus ho asking those documents within 28 days . If I submit all additional documents they will grant visa on this case .?
Pls help what is the next step should I do ?
