RCoS request vs RLMT - Which comes first?

Hi

I have got a simple question

Does my employer have to wait until the end of the RLMT process to apply for an RCoS?
Any official guidance or reference to this you can share with me?

I'm not talking about allocating the RCoS to me. That has to happen after the RLMT is done obviously. I'm only talking about applying for an RCoS so that there is a free RCoS to allocate to me once the RLMT is done.

Yes they do as if an EU/BC or settled person applies before the end of RLMT, they will get preference to you. If a CoS is issued before RLMT is completed, then RLMT requirement will fail.
