Am not sure how employers going to take this n not sure till when they are going to reapply for many the RLMT expires in next month. Am sitting tight with 42 points expecting it to be approved in May.
Thanks,
Kiccha
My COS has been approved this time, it was the 5th time. Not sure if it has been approved on 42 points or more. I made a request for a raise to my employer looking at the trend of RCOS being approved at 50 points and i think it has been approved. P.S: My employer provides me the least information. My skill is in non-shortage.
Congrats, Did you get to know you exact score ?, I think your feedback would be crucial for many of us >>

I thought the offer letter comes after you have secured the rCOS as well as the visa. How can you sign an offer letter before even securing the certificate?

There is no hard rule about getting the offer letter only after RCOS. I got my offer letter and accepted it then they did the RLMT after RLMT I received the contract (offer letter with more information such as terms etc).

Can anyone please let me know on what basis rcos is issued? is it only point-based, what may be other reasons for refusal?

Is it just me or does it feel like they're being processed very slowly this month?

I was just thinking that. Low points haven’t even started getting rejections yet.

My employee was asked for further information last week, he says he's sent them all. I am at 50 points as well. But still haven't heard anything. Were you asked for further explanation?
