I think this is over estimating. In December the cut off was 55 and 91 certificates were carried over meaning there were around 190 or so waiting at 55 points, but these were all cleared out in January.krimurthy wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 2:09 pmIt's really difficult to predict. My understanding is 150 each month from December which makes it 750 in the April month. Lets remove 150 from December as I believe many around 45 band will be expired due to RLMT validity. And some 100 where they have raised the salary or pulled out, makes it 500. I think 45 will somehow go through this April if they borrow 100 from May. For people from 37-42 in may.
These are all just predictions though. I really hope we have some change and all of us can get through in April.
I have not seen any one rejected with 45 Points?thisB wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 2:32 pmI think this is over estimating. In January 115 carried over and in February 201 which I think means more like 300+ people in February were waiting at 45.
But as you mentioned, these are just our own inaccurate calculations. We'll know more once they finally release March numbers! Let's cross our fingers that it's taking so long because they're increasing April available certificates.
April as well not positive thoughJalajArora wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 12:27 pmHi All,
This time the approval goes for 55 and plus points i.e. above 55k for non Shortage. We need to wait for the april panel. Due to very less number of CoS allocations available for March 2018, You may expect positive results in April 2018 and minimum 2200 allocations will be avialable.
I dont expect 45 can make through in April or Maysunkarakamal wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 2:09 pmAccording to My calc.. in April there will be 2200 allocation limit , And By seeing last few years data and this 4 months data i am assuming def they may get more applications than allocated .But Points may come down 30-40 .

Any ideas how long does NARIc take as I re-submitted my docs again on 16th March and first submission was done on 9th March?
They have respond to us in the past exactly on 10th daynitika85 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 5:52 pmGot my Cos approved today.royarjun2005 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:57 amThis sounds just like my case! 60 GBP+, A+ rated, not a SOL and still under review! Congratulations! I hope I hear from my HR today then. Though I don't hear too often from them! And I took the IELTS route, not NARIC.nitika85 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 5:52 pmGot my Cos approved today.royarjun2005 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:57 amThis sounds just like my case! 60 GBP+, A+ rated, not a SOL and still under review! You will get it by first week April, usually it takes 20 days (including delivery)nitika85 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 5:52 pmGot my Cos approved today.royarjun2005 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:57 amThis sounds just like my case! 60 GBP+, A+ rated, not a SOL and still under review! Usually takes 20 days, they consider the last documents recieved date. You should get it by first week of April (Including delivery time). If you need it early you can change it to fast track which costs you more.nitika85 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 5:52 pmGot my Cos approved today.royarjun2005 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:57 amThis sounds just like my case! 60 GBP+, A+ rated, not a SOL and still under review! If you fast track and ask them to e-mail it to you you can get it in +/- 3 days as I did.nitika85 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 5:52 pmGot my Cos approved today.royarjun2005 wrote: ↑Wed Mar 21, 2018 10:57 amThis sounds just like my case! 60 GBP+, A+ rated, not a SOL and still under review! My application was refused with 50 points today. My job is a non shortage job. Employer has A rating license.
My employer is not willing to apply again in April because they think it will impact there sponsorship license. I have read the guidance for employer but couldn't find anything confirming it.
Can anyone help me with this?
Ask you employer to elaborate on how it affects their sponsorship license.UK50 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 22, 2018 7:09 amPlease guys help me with this..UK50 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 22, 2018 12:12 amHi all,

I ask because with a 53k salary you should have been approved in January and February.sameeraa91 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 22, 2018 7:01 amNo, doubt they will raise it so didnt bother requesting itHopeful42 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 22, 2018 6:56 amWas your salary raised from your first few attempts?sameeraa91 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 22, 2018 6:46 amGot my rejection yesterday
