thanks Aman
Our accountant submit RTI on 5th of each month and all employees start date is also 5th
After extension
Employee 1 full time
Start date 5 September 2017 ( he is working with us from 5 May 2015, then left for 2 months on 2017 and join again in 5 Sep 2017)
Employee 2 part time, from 5 September 2015, can claim for job from August 2017 (after extension )
??? Was he working in August 17? If he joined from
5th September 17 than how can he be evidence from August 17?
Employee 3 part time, from 5 April 2018
Employee 2 and 3 add to make full time
First i was thinking to claim job creation till 5 Jan 2019 as it full fill required months
Now as i am thinking to apply on 28 January 2019, my question is can i claim for 5 Jan 2019-5 Feb 2019 jobs hours as well?
Yes you can! BUT WHY are you bothered?
submit the RTI earlier or better to wait till 5 Feb 2019 ?
Yes you can generate JAN 19 RTI FPS and payslip before 5th Feb early to add to ur evidence. Have you not discussed this already with ur accountant or payroll?
Look.. you need 104 weeks of employment evidence.
1. Forget the time before extension.. stop mentioning it. It’s only relevance is the start date of the job/employee on the form.
2. Job claim evidence: 07/08/17 (date of approval)
3.
Job 1- employee A ( working from 2015)
07-08-17 to 05/01/19 = 73weeks 6 days
RTI FPS + payslip= August 17 to Dec 19( generated on 5th Jan)
Job 2
Employee B
05/09/18 to 05/01/19= 69 weeks 5 days
RTI + payslips= SEP 17 to Dec 19
Job 3
Employee C
05/04/18 to 05/01/19= 39 weeks 3 days
RTI + payslips= April 18 to Dec 19
Now do the math.
73+39= 112 weeks
Why do you think you need January RTI n payslip?
Even if you count employee A from SEP 17 you are still good to go..
I think you can’t combine on the form any longer.
But the caseworker will understand it as ur under TA
In any case you can write it somewhere on the form or add a covering letter explaining ur combining jobs. Although with the amount of employment you have it may not be necessary.
I hope this makes sense. I’ve tried to filter the correct dates as much as I could through ur lengthy statements.
