Thanks to all for giving valuable information.
1) When i applied for my extension application 2016 i sent employees contract that describe their job title, working hours ans start date. I need to send it for ILR as well ? sorry i am repeating it again
2) I need to send p45, p60 ( sent When i applied for my extension application 2016 )
A caseworker would not be interested in reading a contract.. rather confirm any changes in a table so there is no confusion for the caseworker.
By changes I mean: rates of change to minimum wage, number of hours if they are different every month, if an employee who was intially part time then became full time etc.
As I’ve done the online form so I don’t know if the data input has become clearer.
But I did feel the need to explain in a table as the job creation table felt inadequate to describe changes...

Jobs start date will be the actual start date of the jobs in 2015.
you will declare actual employee start dates in 2015.

you will be sending the FPS as evidence to claim points for the relevant period you want.

Did you inform HMRC of his leaving and joining again?
If so then the latter date.

2) Our employee payslips normally come on 5th of each month . I am thinking to apply 28 January 2019. Can i wait till 5 Feb 2019 to claim for job hour.

This is ur time line..

Initial visa: 21 Feb 2014
Eligibile for ILR: 24 Jan 2019
Ext: 07-08-2017
Job claim starts from 07/08/17:

Job 1
Emp A
FT
Sep 17- Dec 19
(15 months)

Job 2
Emp B
PT
April 18 - Dec 19
(9 months)

Combined with job 3

Job 3
Emp C
PT
April 18- Dec 19
(9 months)

Ur situation is not complex but I’m perplexed by ur actions.
What date does ur accountant submit RTI?
It’s usually last day of the month.
Salary payment date is an internal company matter.
Your payslip should reflect ur RTI.
Ask ur payroll to print out a January 19 payslip early.

3) how can i mention in online form that i am going to combine 2 part time job to make one full time job?
Have you done a dummy run of the form?
Ur listing three separate jobs.
1 full time and 2 part time?
You should get an option on the form to combine.

So ur covering the 5 days of employee A by adding January 19 RTI FPS.
Just ask ur accountant to generate both payslip and RTI FPS of JAN 2019 early.. ie a day or two before you submit ur application online. No need to wait till February..

thanks Aman
Our accountant submit RTI on 5th of each month and all employees start date is also 5th
After extension
Employee 1 full time
Start date 5 September 2017 ( he is working with us from 5 May 2015, then left for 2 months on 2017 and join again in 5 Sep 2017)

Employee 2 part time, from 5 September 2015, can claim for job from August 2017 (after extension )

Employee 3 part time, from 5 April 2018

Employee 2 and 3 add to make full time

First i was thinking to claim job creation till 5 Jan 2019 as it full fill required months
Now as i am thinking to apply on 28 January 2019, my question is can i claim for 5 Jan 2019-5 Feb 2019 jobs hours as well? submit the RTI earlier or better to wait till 5 Feb 2019 ?

??? Was he working in August 17? If he joined from
5th September 17 than how can he be evidence from August 17?

Employee 3 part time, from 5 April 2018

Employee 2 and 3 add to make full time

First i was thinking to claim job creation till 5 Jan 2019 as it full fill required months

Yes you can! BUT WHY are you bothered?
submit the RTI earlier or better to wait till 5 Feb 2019 ?
Yes you can generate JAN 19 RTI FPS and payslip before 5th Feb early to add to ur evidence. Have you not discussed this already with ur accountant or payroll?
Look.. you need 104 weeks of employment evidence.
1. Forget the time before extension.. stop mentioning it. It’s only relevance is the start date of the job/employee on the form.
2. Job claim evidence: 07/08/17 (date of approval)
3.
Job 1- employee A ( working from 2015)

07-08-17 to 05/01/19 = 73weeks 6 days
RTI FPS + payslip= August 17 to Dec 19( generated on 5th Jan)

Job 2
Employee B
05/09/18 to 05/01/19= 69 weeks 5 days
RTI + payslips= SEP 17 to Dec 19

Job 3
Employee C
05/04/18 to 05/01/19= 39 weeks 3 days
RTI + payslips= April 18 to Dec 19

Now do the math.

73+39= 112 weeks

Why do you think you need January RTI n payslip?
Even if you count employee A from SEP 17 you are still good to go..
I think you can’t combine on the form any longer.
But the caseworker will understand it as ur under TA
In any case you can write it somewhere on the form or add a covering letter explaining ur combining jobs. Although with the amount of employment you have it may not be necessary.

I hope this makes sense. I’ve tried to filter the correct dates as much as I could through ur lengthy statements.

Ur choice to do what you feel like. In my opinion I wouldn’t wait as soon as I qualify for ILR coupled with required job creation evidence.

Hi rupi,

You should be fine with the jobs.

I had 1 full-time (worked 22 months) and 2 part-time employees (1st part-timer worked 23 months and the other worked 14 months)

As per my SAR, The caseworker picked only 2 employees for worked hours calculation.

She considered full time employees 16 months and 16 months for 1 part time employees jobs abd totaled their hours and awarded me points for the jobs.

Though in the cover letter I had explained her how I met the job creation requirement but she used her formula.

I hope it will help.

Regards and good luck

Not all SARs have the info. This was obviously a very conscientious CW

2) Doesn't matter - but if had the Director's loan at extension, why does the 2018 accounts not have it ? Was the DL repaid ?

Agree - HO cannot refuse your application because unsecured is not mentioned (even if it was extension, accounts does not need to mention it). But to Aman90's point why are you sending the accounts ?

Thanks aman and marcnath.
In guidelines i see these attribute:
On a date no earlier than 3 months prior to the date of application, the applicant was registered with:
• HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) as self-employed (i need to order new UTR reference letter or can use old letter)
Companies House as a director of a new or an existing company or member of a new or an existing partnership - you must not award points to directors who are on the list of disqualified directors provided by Companies House. ( CAR)
