First of all this is your right to know where you stand, as a customer, because you have paid thousands of Pounds for the application. Secondly, HOME OFFICE setup UKVI contact center to facilitate our inquiries and we are charged for this service. I think its a good idea to use this service, somehow, it helps to reduce our frustration level and give us some idea of our position.

Today marks 108 working day for me from Bio metric date. I received CHILD IHS payment link on 98th working day after requesting Escalation. Still waiting for decision.

If you have not contacted UKVI Center then i think you should send them E-mail for status. Decision Making Center shall reply you back within 15 working days. Dilshod and Londoner007 also suggested same. However, if you do not feel comfortable contacting UKVI center then hold tight and wait with patience. Let's hope for the best.

No, I meant if any further contact was made with UKVI after IHS payment made and email sent to IHS department.

@ Londoner007: I made Child IHS payment on 13th April 2018 (Friday) as well sent E-mail to IHS Sheffield as it was advised.

Moreover, i also made contact with UKVI Centre via E-mail 16th April 2018 (Monday) via E-mail to inform them that IHS is now paid and requested for Second Escalation and also asked them for current application status. Usually when we get reply in two working days from UKVI centre and ECO replies within 15 working days once UKVI center forward our message to concern department.

I hope i answered your question. it may be easier to follow the trend if others timelines in same situation are possibly put together. You are correct it shall be fascinating to see trend.

I received a reply today (3rd May 2018) from Decision Making center for my Second Escalation triggered on 26th April 2018. Their reply wording is as follow:

"Dear Mrs........

Thank you for your enquiry

I can confirm that the IHS payment for Child has been received .

We are continuing to work on the applications and will make a decision as soon as we are able to.
We appreciate your patience at this time, and will update you as and when we have any additional information".

I noticed this time in their reply that they addressed to my wife as Mrs.... first time, otherwise they have been using only her Full name in previous correspondence. Anyhow, it shows probably they have not made decision for us? I have also Contacted MP on 1st May and asked her to get HO to speed up processing. Let see how long it takes.... How about you? Any progress as you also escalated after IHS payment?

Im guessing HO is u der a lot of presure hrese days...

I think they have not made a decision or about to make if they apply to you as Mrs.
You never know.

As for me im still waiting after ihs one escalation since 16th April still waitng.
They will probably respond me something like this like with yours.

Just made a phone call
To find out the status of application.
Gave the ref: number.
Apparently the last time ive made an escalation which was on the 18 april twi days after ive paid gor my sons IHS .
So he is saying they have not made an escalation... unbelievable also he corrected the surname of my son which the lady misspelled.
Today ive officially made an escalation again after three weeks of paying the ihs for my son.
Lets keep on waiting.. shell we

Thanks for the update. I did second escalation on 13th April on same day when paid for IHS. But i prefer to contact them through E-mail for couple of reasons:

1) Its more Economical
2) Written Evidence of Communication with UKVI Center is available
3) Lesser chances of errors

UKVI Center acknowledged on 26th April that they have escalated to concern department and Decision Making Center replied me on 3rd May as i have mentioned in my above post. I have also Contacted my MP on 1st May to speed up the process and yesterday 8th May received reply from MP office that they have contacted HOME OFFICE on my behalf to esquire and shall get back to me as soon as they hear from them. I am currently on 117 working days and shall cross 6th months of wait next week. wait... wait and wait....

Just an update:

My wife Received called today from VAC Center for collection of Passports. I am not sure what shall be the outcome but shall share it tomorrow once collection is done. I am hopeful of the positive outcome. Lets see... Finally wait ends.

I guess your time was up and they made a decision way before they had a call from your MP? What do you think

Finally i have a great news to disclose. My wife and son VISA are granted. I am so happy . Thanks to All Mighty and everyone on this form.
As i indicated that Home Office addressed to my wife as Mrs... First time in last correspondence that gave me positive vibe for successful outcome. One more person who applied on same date as us also got approval same day as us. It took complete 118 working days (6 months) but finally waits ends in happy outcome.

I contacted MP on 1st May and they inquired to Home Office on 8th May and awaiting a reply from Home Office. Therefore i believe that decision was already made before contacting MP.

Now i believe that those who get ask to pay CHild IHS surely gets approval as i have seen in all cases. Not even a single case refused if they are asked to Pay IHS.

Dilshod, i am sure your family approval is on it way too you probably just need to wait a bit. It will come before 6 months time up. So hopefully within a week or two you shall hear as you applied in December, Isn't it... You will get it Inshaallah. I wish you all the very best to you and everyone awaiting for outcome.

Therefore, you are highly likely to be approved as well anytime before 6 months are up. Just keep patience and lots of Duas.

Thank you so much for your wishes, moral supports, advice and suggestion. One needs them a lot in this difficult waiting time and lovely people like you gueiz really keep things on move. Surely i shall keep visiting this form and keep assisting others as this platform is helping lots of people.
All of you awaiting or has paid IHS links, please have faith as all of you shall get best outcome soon. Home OFFICE guideline average time is 6 months (120 working days) so those awaiting from December or January should hear soon may be by end of this month. Lononder007 is right, Home Office is clearing up April IHS payments now and Dilshod, Ghanagirl Miyash , your turn is soon believe me.
In the end, i wish all of you the very best and pray to Almighty to unit families. Lots of Duas (Prayers) Noble wishes to all of you. Cheers Guiez.
