when a separate online application is done for kids, who will be applying on kids behalf - In terms of providing email address. Obviously spouse will be using her email address to complete her application/ or the sponsor will complete the application in usual cases.

Can her same email address be used for child application as well.

So same email can be used for both applications i-e wife and child? Correct

Do you have to pay the visa fee at the appointment or can it be paid online as well?

What address did you sent your documents to?

Hi to all of you,
I already received our passports and with a brokenheart
I want all of you to know that our applications was refused😭😭😭
I am very sorry to hear that and thank you for updating us. It does make sense now why you were not asked for IHS payment for child. However, my personal opinion is that they should not have refused you without asking IHS payment as its a procedural step and may count as applications were fully considered before making any decision.

Anyhow, could we ask you to share the reason of refusal please if that's ok? I understand its a bit difficult time to digest the reality but there is always a plan B. You guiez may need to work on your plan B. I wish you all the best and Good Luck for next time.
Hi Jamshaid
Hope you well
Any news from IHS yet?
Tnx

I was under the impression that visa fee can be paid at the biometric appointment as well

@usman: I think you are not familiar with spouse visa process so better to read following forum to get in depth knowledge about that:

Hi Dilshod

The Same person IDD send me E-mail on 21st March with roughly almost same wording as follow:

"Thank you for your enquiry.
This application is currently delayed as we are awaiting for the IHS payment for the linked child .
I have requested our IHS team to send you the payment link for this.

If you have any further enquiries, please visit our website at www.GOV.UK

Kind Regards
IDD
UKVI Contact Centre Service - UK Decision Making Centre".

But Unfortunately No Payment link came thorough. Therefore i contacted UKVI center again second time requesting to send me Payment link so the decision could be concluded. I received another E-mail from UK Decision Making Center on yesterday 6th April 2018 after my inquiry as follow:

"Thank you for your enquiry requesting the link to make an IHS payment. I have sent an email to the IHS team and you should hear from them shortly.

If you have any further enquiries, please visit our website at www.GOV.UK

Kind Regards
BG

UKVI Contact Centre Service - UK Decision Making Centre

I am not sure if they have already made decision on my applications or not? But it may sound like probably it has been made but they are only waiting for payment... In second E-mail, lets see what do they mean by shortly? another two weeks... lolz...

Hi Jamshaid
Thank you very much
You beautifully described

My question was the same wheather they look at out case again and take another 2/3 month or is it just a IHS payment that missing and they will give us decisions that made already?

I hipe its made or at least considered and once we make he IHS payment they will just give us a decision straight (cant wait any longer :) )

Have you tried contacting IHS team by phone? Perhaps it’s easier no? To call them make the payment by phone and informe UKVI?

What do you think?

Any Guru’s with any thought or any-ideas is always highly appreciated too:)
On wether desicion is already made or at least considered and they just waiting on IHS payment?

Tnx very much

No guru, awudbillah. But, usually before decision they ask IHS so it is not another 2/3 month wait. Usually very quickly.

I am so pissed with Home Office. As you know they sent me E-mail on 21st March that IHS team shall send me payment link and then second E-mail on 6th April says same thing that IHS team shall send me link shortly. But it has been nearly a month but no damn IHS link came through.
Its really annoying me. Any Guru here who knows what should be done in this situation? I am approaching six month of wait. I do not know why Home Office is piece of Garbage.

Jamshaid and others out of curiosity are you saying that when someone receives a link for IHS payment for a child for example they ask IHS team for link because there was an error of £0 when they applied 3 months ago, if they email with a link it means that visa is likely to be issued? I have read many places where you said a link means you will get a visa -how do you know this is true?

Hey Londoner

We are not saying its true.
But we dont want to loose the hope at the same time. Ive read in many posts and heard on refusal cases mainly(they wornt asked for ihs) and many cases were asked and got the visa.
This ihs issue is pain. HO must fix this bag.
Acter all if you know that you have a solid and strong papers and that you meet all the
createries then why not? I don’t understand the fact that you have to wait for a simple link to make a payment takes more then three weeks?
I understand they are too busy these days but the IHS team not as busy?
Anyhow we just hope for the best outcome.
Thats all
