Hi I live in U.K. For 6 years now and I have a daughter she is 1 1/2 years old and I'm expecting one more child on July and I was asylum seeker and my partner also asylum seeker and he is from Pakistan and I'm from Sri Lanka our case was refused and my soliciter said apply for a FLR FP application I just wanna know is there any chances of granting the visa?

i think there is one route for you as far as i understand that if you children live here in uk more than seven years then you can apply for discretionary leave behalf of on yours children bounding to this society, or one of you try make fresh appeal on yours Asylum case and try to get refugee status, this is only my opinion please see legal advice.

My opinion, the chance very little try to fight for asylum first as you not leave long enough ,we come different country with my partner he was asylum and our daughter she was 7 yr born here but judge say we can still , so we try to apply extended of eu family got refused twice by the time our daughter 9 and five mth we got removal notice and the process started very fast then we made FLR fp fp then the removal process stop, you need to seek professional advice .
