ILR - SET ( M ) --- SELF EMPLOYMENT INCOME RULE ( £18,600 )

Post by abidabz » Tue Mar 06, 2018 12:11 pm

Hello guys,

i am applying for ILR- set (m) in six months time and although my paper work is up to date , you never know when you can loose job. ( your body gives up , as my job is hard and got some physical issues at the moment )

In addition to my salaried job exceeding £18,600 with same employer for more than 1 year. i am also working self-employed with xxx and xxxxxx using my motorbike. ( spelling mistakes are intentional )

if i am to apply on 25/08/2018 for ILR, on 5 year route following appendix FM-SE .. how do i calculate my self employed income?

do i consider my income from April 2018 onward ( new financial year ) or the last 12 months invoices from august backwards to august 2017 from delivebroo & ubber eatss.

what option would i have , if i was to leave my salaried job due to back pain in next 1-2 months ( my avrg income per month from salaried job for last one year is approx £2.5k )

how can i combine these two types of incomes to satisfy appendix. fm-se

Thanks for help in advance ...
