Hi All,
We have applied tourist visa for my mother and sister in 2014. They were rejected stating the following reasons.
"I note you have submitted evidence of receiving monthly pension by submitting copy of your pension payment order. You state in your application form you receive a total monthly income from the following
£150 - From properties and rent
£100 - Savings and other investment
£230 - other sources including friends and family
I notice you have not provided any evidence in the claim of income made at question no 60 in your application form. In the absence of further evidence I can not be satisfied your personal circumstances are as claimed. this cause me to doubt your true intentions in uk"
My mother is a retired teacher and getting her pension(26k). She is also getting family pension of my father(16k) who is no more. Last time she has mentioned 15k as rental income, But she used to get them in cash and couldnt submit any documents to prove that. Hence it was rejected.
Now I want to invite my mother for a month. My sister is now staying in the portion of the house. So my mother's income are only her 2 pensions for which she can provide bank statement. She has a house in her name.
Could you please how to proceed this time? Is there any chance ? I am on tier 2 General right now(3rd year).
Thank you so much.
Regards
Anitha
