Can you list all the documents you submitted to the German embassy and which country did you apply from?

You seem to have provided all the necessary documents and then some... I feel like they refused your application because of previous refusals and your intention to leave the country can't be ascertained because you intended to move to one of the Schengen states in your previous application.

It is no doubt unfair on you and I can imagine what you are going through.

May be it's time to contact a lawyer/Solicitor and seek legal advise?

Hopefully one of the experienced forum members might be able to give you better advise.

My wife collected her passport from the German Consulate today. They have issued her with a multiple entry visa for 8 days, which is fine with us because that's how long we applied the visa for and intended to visit Germany.

Still seems a bit silly that Netherland's issued us a 45 days single entry visa and German's issued us 8 days multiple entry visa.

Hi all,

Just wanted to update everyone with our recent activity in regards to Schengen visa application under the EU Directive, as an accompanying non-eu spouse of an EU citizen.

After our 8 day trip to Germany in September, we again applied for a visit visa at the Danish embassy in Pakistan 2 weeks ago for a short holiday in the new year. We were asked to collect the passport from VFS centre today and were issued with a 3 month multiple entry visa.

One thing I would like to point out is that when we submitted the application two weeks ago, we received a call from the Danish embassy the next day and were asked to submit my bank statement within two days, same as when we applied at the German embassy in August.

Hopefully this information will be helpful for other members applying under the same category.

Omi

Omi i took your advice about bank statement. Applied under the directive for Sweden for accompanying eu spouse. Its more than two weeks and nothing heard from embassy. By the way they called straight away after I submitted application and asked me for accommodation after which I submitted three months rental contract with one month paid accommodation. Waiting time is actually terrible.
Magda what happened with your application? Any update you have?
