Pbs dependant to ilr long residency dependant

Hi all,

I have a query of switching my partners dependent to long residency dependant.

Myself : Main applicant
Entered in UK as student on 27th Feb 2009 and has psw and again student of which my current visa ends on 02nd March 2019. All the applications were made successfully without any hassle or rejection. I am eligible to apply for my 10 yrs long residency ILR in February 2019.

My partner came on student visa (Does have MBA) in September 2009 and we got married in 2010 and she switched to dependent in 2012 after her than student visa expired and re entered in June 2012 as dependant. Till date she is on dependant on my tier 4 visa and expires at the sane time aa of mine in march 2019.

My question is that does she qualify for ILR at the same time when I apply in February 2019 ?

If not which category she can apply and does 18,600 requirement comes in place ?

Please let me know the form that I would require fill in and also I am sure but if she is eligible tha she have to give the life in UK test same as me

Yes you can get ILR in February 2019 on long residence basis for which you also have to pass life in UK test and necessary English language certificate if have not uk degree.
Regarding your spouse long residence eligibility then she will only be eligible for long residence - ILR when she will complete her 10 years which in her case is September 2019. But if she haven't had entered within 6 months when she left UK legally then her continuity must have been broken otherwise not.

Thank you very much for replying guys.

So in this case which form do I need to fill for dependant and also I am a student so if I am not wrong than 18,600 doesn't apply for me?
If not so than how much maintenance I hv to show and does it require a health charge to be paid?

Can you go back to same link and read all 1-6 points. Everything is mentioned there precisely. £18600 requirement doesn't apply because on long residence you can't include dependent who need to apply separately.
