Appropriate salary on a day of visa extension or new certificate of sponsorship

Post by gasimova » Mon Mar 12, 2018 4:46 pm

Hello,

I got tier 2 visa which expires on 30 June 2018.
My job code is 2136 with experienced salary 32.000.
I got the certificate of sponsorship from my employer and there it states 32.000 annual.
But my current salary at a time of submission is 28.000.
Is it a problem to have lower salary on a day of submission or they only check certificate?

On a website it says "you’re still earning an ‘appropriate salary’ - read the guidance if you’re not sure ...."

Did anybody have a similar experience?
