Tier 2 General (switching back to old tier 2 visa)

Hi everyone,

Recently I got approval for the tier 2 (leave to remain) visa sponsored by a new employer.
However my old employer who sponsored me tier 2 visa is requesting me to continue working for them.

Could you please tell me, is it possible to restore the old visa ?
If not, is it possible for my old employer to sponsor again for me ?

No, as it would have been cancelled when your new visa was granted.

If not, is it possible for my old employer to sponsor again for me ?

Yes, but they will have to do the RLMT etc all over again and you will have to apply for a new change of sponsor tier 2 visa and pay all the fees again.
