AR Original Decision withdrawn

Hello Experts,

Tier 2 General application was refused because of not a genuine vacancy, applied for an AR and the original refused decision was withdrawn and they sent the case to the original caseworker for a new decision.

SO my question is :
1.How long it takes to get a decision?
2.What's percentage of getting a visa ?

Could you please tell us little bit more as how they decided that its not a genuine vacancy? Did your company had a compliance visit while your application was on process? Who took the original decision off? etc.

They decided after submitting the docs like Company Hierarchy chart, daily and weekly roles and responsibilities
They didn't visit the company and The Administration review took off the decision.
