Printed payslips from employer with company stamp.

Post by Jedai Prince » Sat Mar 17, 2018 1:43 pm

Hi GUys,

I have submitted my wife’s spouse visa application few days ago. I submitted everything , send them a certified tenancy agreement from solicitor etc.
I Send them to sheffied, postbox 5852, s11 0fx. Please confirm if this is the right addrsss to send.

Now let me come to the main question. I send all the required financial document. Bank statements ,6 months payslip. I didn’t however send my employement contact or p60. I was given an employment letter from my employer detailing my employment with homeoffice address at the top of the letter . My employer also added two lines regarding my payslips. The letter states that I am provided with regular payslips and my payslips are authentic and registered. My employer usually prints payslips on A4 paper and that’s what they gave me. The last 6 months payslips printed in A4 paper along with a company stamp which has the company name, address, telephone number and email.

One of my friend just told me that payslips should also be signed otherwise it will not be accepted and refused. Is this true? I applied for my citizenship In December 2017 with the payslips from this same employer and they were not even stamped only the printed payslips in A4 paper was given to homeoffice and i was granted citizenship.

Please kindly advice? Are the payslips fine or not. I am really stressed out as it’s my first spouse visa application. Your advice will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks

Thank you Londoner007, yes I know what is done is done, I am just worried they don’t refuse my application just because of this silly mistake
The letter is not a separate letter for payslips, it’s the mandatory employment letter that has a line which confirms the payslips to be authentic. It’s not very specific. Doesn’t mention payslip dates , wages etc. Do you still think it will be ok, please reply. Any senior members please kindly reply

Thank you

The Payslip’s do not need to be signed or stamped. All you need is a letter from your employer to confirm they are authentic.

I applied for my wife and And submitted electronic payslips and it was fine. I did not get it stamped or signed. My employer wrote me a separate letter, all it stated was my Payslip’s from Jan 2017 to July 2017 are authentic. It doesn’t have to state wages or anything.

@ Jedai Prince "The letter states that I am provided with regular payslips and my payslips are authentic and registered".

You have it covered.
