Self employed financial evidence for spouse visa

Post by mikeconnectuk » Sun Mar 18, 2018 8:43 am

I am self employed and looking at the FM SE specified evidence. Section 7.
I want to use 12 months vat returns instead of an accountants certification to support my accounts.
But it says if turnover 79000. My turnover is less than 79000 but still I’m still registered for vat .
Can I still use this method of evidence ?
I was thinking that the 79000 was an old outdated threshold.
Need to be sure if I can use this evidence even if my turnover is less
Thanks
Mike
