Paid IHS separately - how to input in app form ?

Hi !

I paid the IHS and received the reference number in parallel while filling out the Tier 2 application form. Now I cannot find any place to input the IHS reference number. The form just takes me to the IHS site and the "Pay Now" section. I cannot find any place to input my already generated IHS reference number.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks .
